Yahoo Stock dips 19% - start of hostile takeover

Looks like Microsoft said they were stopping the bid to buy Yahoo sending the Yahoo stock price down by 19%. This may anger Yahoo shareholders as well as make Yahoo cheaper to buy now. Could this be the start of a hostile takeover?
