Hi all,
We have 12,500 registered users on our site and are still trying to figure out how to make $$$ with the site. Any ideas?

Assuming the website is a forum, Adsense would be your best bet. However, not all forums work with Adsense so you may have to go with a CPM program like ValueClick.

IF you can, go with AdSense. You may also want to try selling TextLinks or other ads. Or, try affiliate programs that would go best with your niche/market or whatever your forum serves to its members.

Offer paid subscription with some special features for a selected groups of members or sell Ad space in your site. Offer a great discount for your members to book Ad space in your site. You have the resources one need maximum to earn revenues, now encash it.

What is your site about? Targetting you Niche with ads that are relevant is always the most profitable money maker. Google adsense is usually pretty good. I've found selling related amazon products is a winner as well.
