Need to find a good place to learn HTML

Hello all,

I'm hoping someone can help. I've been looking for some where that I can host a web site, just enough that I can learn the basics to HTML and kind of build pages. Not really interested in any sitebuilder programs because I want to learn it myself. So a fancy control panel isn't necessary, just quality hosting, free would be nice. That is if quality (or at least decent) and free can fit in the same conversation.

I found this place:

But I'm not sure, I like the fact that they have zero ads to interfere. Anyone have any other recommendations?
