Marblehost.com -100% Ownership of a Domain?

How do I check if the domain that Marblehost.com offers in the hosting plans for free is 100% client owned?

That must be started in Marblehost.com legal documents.
Have you signed up with this company already?

That's stated in TOS usually, and more and more hosts today offer domains which have clients data for both administrative and technical contacts, cPanel Reseller Hosting - cPanel Shared & Managed Web Hosting Hostww.Net Free Trial Month & Free Domain Registration is one of the companies offering a free domain name in the package with 100% client ownership.

I know MarbleHost.com being a reliable provider with number of user-friendly options, like 100% user owned life time domain and other bonuses for their clients. There are many positive feedbacks about them on the net - thus I suppose this is trustworthy provider.

But, this is only my own positions and checking the documents certainly won't be the waste of time.
