There are many possible things for you to do, but try the following ones, they may increase your speed SLIGHTLY. In case you're wanting to make it even faster, you can buy a new computer or do some overlocking, BUT bear in mind that such solution (the second one!) is really dangerous and you shouldn't ever used it.

So, try the following things:

- Erase the files you created and no longer need;

- Uninstall programs you no longer need;

- Erase unneeded files (like the ones of CHK, BAK or TMP types);

- See the "Recycle Bin", and in case there are files inside it that you no longer need, erase them for good;

- Fully run "Scandisk";

- After the steps below, run "Disk Defrag", until it completes;

- Run your antivirus (hopefully, you have one. In case you don't, there's a link below);

- Install and run an anti-spyware tool, like Windows defender (yes, the other link below).

That's all, in case you do all this, your system will probably be a little faster.
