IIS Server is stopped and the got the error like due to conflict with my local port?
i triy to install the software which identifies the ports are in use. i recognized the application and terminate the application. Still My iis server is not responding?
Default Web Site (Stopped)Stopped* All Unassigned *80Unexpected error 0x8ffe2740 occurred
OS:XP
Any ideas

M15 is on a distinguished road
There may be some other application using the port 80. Or it may be a thread of IIS that is hung on port 80. The best way is to reboot the machine.
