...restricts all IP traffic / domain access except for one IP address or domain name? need to upload this file to godaddy servers...they have no type of technical support....they need tech savy people to answer the tech support help line...talk about LAME..

try adding the following lines to your .htaccess file

<limit GET>
deny from all
allow from 80.15.
allow from .shaw.ca
</limit>

modify the IP address and domain name.
