Different e-commerce sites have tie-ups with different payment gateways or payment service providers.Checking on their web-site itself for what they support and what they don'tis the best option. Follow the payment links and you will know...you are not giving the money right now anyways. .are you ?

Yes, as far as I know GoDaddy does allow you to send money by Paypal but if they won't I'm sure if you contact their sales they could help you figure out an alternative route.

I would think anyways, but I've heard some risky things about GoDaddy so you may want to check out some reviews.

You can call Godaddy's sales team or can email them, whether they accept payments through PayPal
As per my knowledge most of hosting and domain registrar accept payments through PayPal as it is an safest and reliable payment gateway.

Yes you can. In fact they only accept credit card or paypal payments anyway. If for some reason you need to pay by check or money order they have weird processes you have to go through for that.
