(WS2003E, GoDaddy Virtual Server, SMTP, Plesk) How do you get outgoing email to work in IIS6.0?

iis work with the exeption of smtp. every time i try to enable it, it gives an error with no vaulues. even microsoft doesnt have a kb article
SMTP ports are open its on a virutal server so it would be rediculas for the isp to block them.

make sure your SMYP ports and enabled and allow data to go thru. a.k.a not banned by isp. and correctly set up in router.
