Its a nice design! But you should work on that washed-out logo - it ruins a lot!

I agree - the design is good and the inside pages nicely compliment the home page. The design is very nice and then the logo is very blah. I would try to spice up the logo if at all possible, and than where you have the picture of the guy on a laptop, instead of your company name, maybe put a tagline or slogan in there somehow.
