2: signup for an account

3: submit your link
- you link can be submit over 3 times
first of all submit a link with : High Rank Forum - Internet Marketing & Search Engine
then get yourself a tag, find a tag that with page rank and less peoples submit link to it by looking at the hours and days

example of tag: green ( propeller.com/tag/green ) which is google pagerank of 6 ( checked )

just take your time and find the tag, up to 5 tags ( that mean you have 5 backlinks with google pagerank of 5 )
submit the link.

4: follow up the step #3
- remove the ( www ) from your link.

then find another 5 tags

5: follow up #3,#4
- add index.php or index.html to your link

6: same as #3,4,5

Be careful on getting banned. propeller.com/netscape(old) is very sensitive on bookmakring on building links........Your link will not stay on those PR pages.. It will be move down to other pages whenever someone do ned postings..
