Lot of SEO are divided on this issue, I think PR mean nothing to most of the SEO

No. The only thing that matters is the anchor text. As long as the pages are indexed in Google, the anchor text counts for your rankings. The PR is a bit of a smokescreen anymore, as Google has been penalizing websites that sell links.
