WidgetBucks.com - Scam or Not Scam?

Are they for real? Have anyone received payment for them?

I'm not sure, but I know that no one has received a payment from them yet. So we will just have to wait and see.

A new publisher a bit like Adsense-Widgetbucks

WidgetBucks is a shopping widget that you can place on your website or blog. You earn money every time someone clicks on it.Widgets come in a range of sizes and can be customized to different colors. They will also let you target 13 different categories (each category has sub categories) if you choose to manually set them - but will let you run it in a ‘contextual’ mode (called ‘MerchSense’).
How Do You Make Money?

You make money on a ‘per click’ (CPC) basis and WidgetBucks claim that those who’ve tested them are getting $3-$6 CPM. Payment is via Check but you need to hit $50 before you trigger your first payment.
$25 Bonus on Sign-Up

When you sign up WidgetBucks, your account will be credited with free $25. Withdrawal limit is set to $50. So that means if you make another $25, you will be able to withdraw your first payment.
How do they pay

They pay-per-click (PPC), just like Google Adsense! They are claiming an amazing $3-$6 CPM on widgets, about three times that of traditional ad networks.You can also earn money by referring people to WidgetBucks. Affiliates can earn a 10 percent referral fee based on the commissions earned by the people they refer for the full 12 months after the new member joins. Both check and Paypal are supported.

* Like the ad units - they are very clickable
* There is a good range of colors and ad unit sizes to choose from
* Reporting looks good
* Reported CPM is reasonable considering you can run multiple ad units and other ad systems on your page
* This strikes me as being a good system on ‘product related blogs’

Create your WidgetBucks account now and get US$25 for free.

Well I have no experince with this site but they offer $25 Bonus on Sign-Up. Also I never heard about payments from this network. This is a new Network so we have to wait for few months before we can say scam or real site.

Is it the same with the google adsense? I never heard widgetbucks before, just now. But the online payment is good since they both used paypal and check just like google adsense.
