How do I start a pay per click mature website?
I don't have a ton of money to start one.

First, check for laws in your state regarding these types of business. Second, choose the right web page providers that will suit best that type of business and the one that best suits your budget. If you dont have the right money to start one, you can get a loan with the lowest interest rate in your hometown or state.
