Google adsense is an advertisement where you can put up on your website. When someones click the advertise you get paid by google. A click may cost around 5 cents or maybe a dolla. You must at least 100 usd an above to get you payment from google. Google adsense is free to join. Click on this website to learn more about google adsense.

Mixing Adsense & Bidvertiser Might be a good option.

Hi,

You might want to mix between Adsense & Bidvertiser on your site. Put Adsense on your prime spots and Bidvertisers on the spots that you like to advertise in, but you had already run of the number of Ads allowed by Adsense. To find more how to mix between the two without going against the TOS you can check Can I place google ads on the same page as third party ads

I hope my answer help.
Enjoy,
Diggmee

watch out for the Terms of Service Adsense doesn't allow other's on the same page you have their ads.
