Why can’t I do this democratic staff that I´d like to do every time I search or I read the news websites ? It can be a new user ranking system...What do You think?

Somebody would come out with a bot that would ruin that kind of ranking. If you like a site put a link to it in your site or blog. Number of links helps determine placement.
