I want to get an ID in commision junction but iam not able to get that where the link is

Simply go to Commission Junction and sign up as a publisher. This is their signup page https://signup.cj.com/member/publisherSignUp.do

Once your application is approved, you can get a user ID

If you are not qualified You can't get get an account in commision junction ID. but you can get other site user ID which similar to CJ. here some other site links just clik those banners on this page and get id and start your business. http://modelcareer.tripod.com/id3.html good luck
