You can send an email to Adsense customer support, though they understand that website owners can occasionally and accidentally click on their own ads.

Just don't make a habit of it and do it everyday -- because once they see a repeated pattern of you clicking on your own ads, they can terminate you from the program.

Here are what other webmasters do to prevent accidental clicking:

1 - use the Adsense preview tool to check the ads that are being served on their site

2 - program their site so as not to show any ads in their IP address (without seeing the ads, they can't accidentally click on it)

Actually mistakes are bound to happen. just inform google they will mark them as invalid clicks. Use something like adlogger which can block ads for specific ips.

I doubt 2-3 clicks will create a problem, however, there's no harm in staying safe, you can either call them or write to them.

First you write to them, None can escape from google, It has most of the master technologies and master technicians, Never ever click any ads on your own site itself ! Check for your account for a couple of days, and make sure you are not deleted, If not create a new account and start earning !

If the clicks were "inadvertent" you should have nothing to worry about. However, you should invest in ADlogger to use as possible evidence in case you have a future problem.

I accidentally clicked an ad only ONE time before. I emailed them to tell them I made the mistake and they said not to worry about it because accidents happen. If you continue to do it then I'm sure there will be problems in the future. Just be careful!

Generally if it is not a repeating pattern nothing gets happened. Don't worry and sit back. Do not click on the ads again even by mistake or you would definetely end up getting banned by them.

Well if you did first time than no problems because Google ignore it but if you perform time and time than your account will be banned. You should inform them about this for avoid problems.

Try to write to them and say you had clicked those ads without any intent of doing so. They will reply to you. 2-3 times should not be problem.

I have to agree with most of the responses here. It could get you banned, I know of one person who clicked a couple of his ads and lost his account, But I also know of several people who did the same thing and didn't lose their accounts. Just be careful in the future. And if you lose Google, remember there is Yahoo! Not as much money, but a good alternative.

This could result you getting banned from Adsense but you could email them and if they are feeling nice they might resolve the situation, probably email them because either way they'll most likely find out.
