need some help here

1. Shopping Aid. Find the most expensive item you can buy (4pt)
... Make a list of 5 items with 5 price tags (eg. monitor 200, speaper 50, webcam 120...), using 2 arrays
... starting a number variable and give it a number, this is the amount money you can spend.
... And create a if ... else if .. else structure (similar to DEMO3), and decide what is the most expensive item you could buy.
... Output a list of item and item prices (using array + loop), and then output the result from if..else structure.
.. Put the if..else structure inside a function, and use it several times to make sure that it works

Hahaha, well spotted! And very true. When I was doing my BSc in Computer Science I got so I could spot the assignment cheaters really quickly. I'm obviously a bit out of practice now though because it took me a while.

And yes, Mostly-Harmless you really should do your own assignments. Especially if you are planning on doing this type of thing in the real-world. In my experience the students who cheated on their assignments by getting others to do the thinking for them ended up being terrible programmers and terrible problem solvers.

I recommended someone like this who I was casual friends with for a job where I worked, I didn't realize at the time that she had never done any of her assignments herself. After the 3 month trial period she had no job because she couldn't add any value. Myself and others had to do all the thinking for her. So the moral of the story is... it's ok to ask for help if you really get stuck on something. But you won't learn a thing if you don't try solving the problem yourself. And if you really can't solve any part of the problem yourself, drop out and choose another course.
