Yeah..they do have qucik load time but I still prefer yahoo mail over gmail..One of the bad features(they are jus a few) is that you cannot open pages in a new window..You have to use the same window..which means viewing one page @ a time..

I use gmail only for my Adsense account. I don't think I ever opened up the gmail box.

I use Gmail and prefer it over my yahoo account as it is not cluttered with ads and also it loads faster for me. Not to forget the storage space

I used GMail for almost everything until I met somebody whose GMail account was hacked. All passwords that were ever emailed to him were now in the hand of the hacker + quite a few more things. As convenient a GMAil account is, it has benefits to use offline email (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.).

What I do is set up a redirect at my domain host to my gmail account. I do it for every email address I use. That way if an email comes in for any of my website's email addresses I notice it because it's all going to my gmail account which I check frequently.

Oh yeah, another bonus is that I use my pop3 mail client to download my gmail. I have it set to never delete mail from the server, so I have every email for reference on the Gmail servers. They give you that huge, ever-expanding disk space, so it's perfect.

I can keep my inbox fairly tidy on my pop3 client by deleting without fear because Gmail is storing everything for me. Have you ever thought it was safe to delete an email and then found you really needed it? It's happened to me. With this system though I don't have to worry about deleting mail because I've always got a backup.

I have been using Gmail since it was launched. I like its features. Its web based chat allows me to chat with fellow Gmail account holders without installing a client based software. Moreover, I can use my log in information for all its related services.

I use gmail for all my email needs! Mostly I don't use them to host my own domain, although I do have one domain email hosted through them.

For the most part, I don't need to have them host the email itself... I just have all emails sent to my domains forwarded to a gmail account.

Been a loyal Gmail user ever since it was launched with 1GB storage space. Somehow I feel the most comfortable using gmail to any other email client. Mainly because of its features like quick load time, auto update when a mail is received, auto saving draft while typing out a mail, quick reply, chat....etc

Im using other email providers, that give me good email, but Im more and more using the gmail, because I like it how it puts all the emails with same title together, so that its really fast to find stuff. Im even considering if theres any software that would show all my emails like gmail. I would not like to switch totaly to gmail, because I have my personal email now for really long and dont want to change t, so if anyone has any ideas about what software I could use. ...

Thanks

P.
