well if you dont wanna yahoo/msn/gmail domain name

you can try equally good services like

see they would have unique domains,tht is not so popular

If you want to have domain name like

email@yourname.com
then simply buy tht service,from service provider,or ask ISP help desk(cos sometime they allow you a your own email id at there pop/smtp server.)
