How can I block all domains except yahoo, hotmail and certain others?

I want to block those scam mesages from people that change their domains more often then they change their underware.
I tried to use the block to stop domains but YAHOO only gives you so many blocks and I can use them up in a week. These scammers change their domains more often then they change their undderwear. YAHOO should institute a poicy whereas these blocks take effect over the entire system.

You can't. Just delete the one's you don't want.

You can create a filter that says "send anything with @adomainyoudon'twant.com" to trash. You can do that by going to options, mail options, filters, add, ect. The options is in the top right part of yahoo mail.
