| I have tried some of the smaller contextual ad networks. They worked well. Best thing is that you don't have to fork out much to get started (usually 20 bucks or so) and you can pay by Paypal.
Ones I've tried so far are Bidvertiser, Clicksor, Adtoll and Adengage.
