| After clicking on the "Web History" link from the Google Accounts page, click "Remove items." You'll then be in edit mode and can remove any items you don't want by checking those items and clicking the "Remove" button. There's also a link to clear your entire web history.
Using the tools option on your pc doesn't erase your google history. You have to erase it in your google account.
