While the actual term Page Rank as well as the
PR in your toolbar applies only to Google. Both MSN and Yahoo have their own versions of it. They just don't make it publicly visible.
Best not to get too caught up on Google's version. What you seen in the tool bar is a minimum of 1 month old and as much 6 months old.
