I agree with parusa608. It's not just the
amount, although it is quite important, but rather the
quality of these backlinks. Google prefers that backlinks come from sites that are related to yours. If you do not choose which sites link back to you, then it's all a waste. DO NOT go to link farms. Google will definitely ban you for that.
