| First off, you would need to purchase a domain name and some hosting. Then create yourself a webpage of whatever topic you so choose. Then from there, build up a good userbase, with at least 100 unique visitors a day. Then register with Google Adsense, Commission Junction etc and put their banner codes on your websites. From there, the rest is up to visiting users. Some sponsors will pay you a set rate, such as 20 cents per 10,000 unique visitors on top of how much you're making per-banner-click.
