| 1. Make sure you have the Behaviors panel visible (Window --> Behaviors should be checked on).
2. Select the button
3. In the Behaviors panel, click the + sign and choose Go To URL.
4. Enter the relative-to-page or absolute path to the file you want opened.
The appropriate JavaScript and event will be added to the page and the button, respectively.
