| You can send an email to Adsense customer support, though they understand that website owners can occasionally and accidentally click on their own ads.
Just don't make a habit of it and do it everyday -- because once they see a repeated pattern of you clicking on your own ads, they can terminate you from the program.

1 - use the Adsense preview tool to check the ads that are being served on their site
2 - program their site so as not to show any ads in their IP address (without seeing the ads, they can't accidentally click on it)
